Toilet Paper/Cut Paper Roll Sculptures

I often find myself lurking Behance to gain inspiration. What I like about Behance is that not only can you gain inspiration from professionals in all different fields of design, but you can also find some inspiration from students in college. New design is added everyday, and it gives you a great chance to interact with professionals in the field if you have an account.

Looking at it tonight, I found these delicately beautiful cut paper sculptures made from toilet paper rolls. The use of shadows and silhouettes are great. Check it out.

Microscopic Sculptures

Some of you may have already heard of Willard Wigan. I recently was told about him, and still have a hard time believing what I see. He creates microscopic sculptures with grains of sand and dust. He was working on an Alice in Wonderland sculpture and suddenly couldn't find her. His conclusion was that he may have inhaled her.

"Talk to Me explores this new terrain, featuring a variety of designs that enhance communicative possibilities and embody a new balance between technology and people, bringing technological breakthroughs up or down to a comfortable, understandable human scale. Designers are using the whole world to communicate, transforming it into a live stage for an information parkour and enriching our lives with emotion, motion, direction, depth, and freedom." -MoMA
